It all began in 1996, when the brother and sister team of Mark Peterson and Krystal Burge bought the Dambar & Steakhouse in Kingman, Arizona. Located on historic Route 66, the Dambar has been a mainstay of the Kingman community since 1966. In renovating this landmark restaurant, Mark and Krystal were careful to maintain the character and authenticity of the original establishment. As a result, the Dambar & Steakhouse will continue to delight diners for years to come.

This commitment to maintaining the character of each new addition to Fork in the Road restaurants continues today. Our goal is to preserve the qualities that make each restaurant unique – qualities that have kept customers coming back for years.
